I'm Dr. Cherie Comeau, a leadership coach and consultant with nearly two decades of experience helping managers and organizations develop stronger leaders.

My coaching is grounded in years of experience inside the field, including leading all learning and organizational development for a $3.5 billion company. I hold a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, with research on how the discipline and resilience of elite athletes translate into leadership, a connection I know firsthand as a former Division I athlete.

I work with both individuals and organizations, but the Accelerator is where I do my most focused, personal work, one leader at a time.
