My purpose is to serve leaders. My obsession with leadership started when I was a young softball player and looked up to others on my team and my coaches. The curiosity about leadership grew as I played competitively through high school and as a Division I student-athlete. I took on leadership roles early in my professional career and had the opportunity to observe and learn from many leaders... some effective and some not. I promised myself to always keep learning and observing to be the best leader I can be and to help others ignite their leadership impact.
I've been in the talent development field for over 15 years, serving clients in a variety of industries including construction, financial services, banking, business services, healthcare, and manufacturing. I aim to help leaders and organizations elevate their leadership game through coaching, facilitating workshops, and consulting. I've had success as a leader, and I also have made my fair share of failures. I bring real experience to my coaching and workshops and keep conversations and workshops practical and actionable. I can relate to the challenges of my clients and they highlight my authentic approach as a key differentiator.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Dartmouth College. I then continued my education and earned my MBA from the Isenberg School at UMass Amherst. I concluded my academic studies by becoming a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, earned from Northeastern University. Yes, I love to learn; and I'm also very competitive and strive to be the best at my craft. My academic accomplishments demonstrate my dedication to my own continuous improvement and my desire to be at the top of my game to best serve my clients. #IgniteYourLeadershipImpact #ElevateYourLeadershipGame
